Cornus sericea (Red Osier Dogwood)

AKA Cornus stolonifera.  White flowers in spring. White fruit contrasts nicely with the green foliage.  Fall color maroon leaves, but the real color is in the red stems. Must have wet soil. Maintain bright red color by cutting stems to the ground every 3 – 4 years in early spring before shrub leaves out. Full sun.
